Polyethylene glycol is an ionic surfactant that can increase the viscosity and adhesion of cutting fluid, reduce friction coefficient and surface tension, alleviate friction and wear, and prevent extreme pressure welding. Meanwhile, polyethylene glycol also has good rust prevention and antibacterial properties, which can extend the service life of cutting fluid.

The processed materials are aluminum alloy, brass, and copper. Materials such as titanium alloys that are prone to burrs and welding chips. It is recommended to use polyethylene glycol because it has good anti welding properties.

Anti corrosion performance. If cutting fluid is required with good anti-corrosion and antibacterial properties, it is recommended to use polyethylene glycol. Because polyethylene glycol has better antibacterial and anti-corrosion properties than glycerol.
